Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Growth Escalators, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, which operates Superlane. By creating an account or using Superlane, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account and your team members' accounts.

Your data

You own the data you put into Superlane. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and support the service. You can export your data at any time, and we delete it as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
• Follow Indian law, including rules on telemarketing, data protection and consumer protection.
• Do not send spam, unlawful content or malware, or try to break or overload the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Third-party services

Superlane connects to services such as Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Google and AI assistants. Their own terms and charges apply, including Meta's per-message charges, and their availability is outside our control.

Fees and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe, plus GST. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy.

Service and support

We work to keep Superlane available and secure, and we fix problems as quickly as we can. We may improve or change features; if we remove a feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

Superlane is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Superlane and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
