Which one fits your situation
- An agency that resells software to clients: GoHighLevel. Sub-accounts, white-label and SaaS mode are built for that model.
- A business with its own marketing team: HubSpot. You can start on the free CRM and add Marketing Hub as you grow.
- A sales-led business that sells on WhatsApp: check the WhatsApp cost first. GoHighLevel adds it for $10 a month per sub-account, while HubSpot includes it only in Professional and Enterprise editions.
What each was built for
GoHighLevel is built around agencies and the businesses they serve. Its pricing page aims Starter at smaller businesses and solo marketers, and Unlimited at growing agencies. Every plan bundles the CRM with websites, funnels, email, booking calendars, payments and workflow automation for one flat monthly fee.
HubSpot sells separate hubs for marketing, sales, service and content, all running on its free Smart CRM. Starter editions are priced per seat, and the Professional editions of Marketing, Sales and Service Hub carry a one-time onboarding fee.
Agencies: sub-accounts or the partner programme
GoHighLevel's agency model is the sub-account, a separate workspace for each client: Starter includes 3 and Unlimited has no cap. Its FAQ says you can white-label the desktop web app, so clients see your logo when they log in. The $497 plan adds SaaS mode, for selling the platform as your own software.
HubSpot prices by seat and edition, not by client account. Its route for agencies is the Solutions Partner Program, with membership from $400 a month. Partners earn 20% commission for three years on deals they bring to HubSpot.
Marketing tools: funnels, websites and email
GoHighLevel puts its website and funnel builder, forms, surveys, and email and SMS marketing in every plan. Email sending is billed as usage, at $0.675 per 1,000 emails.
HubSpot's free tools include a website builder and landing pages, up to 30 of each with HubSpot branding. Content Hub Starter removes the branding.
Free HubSpot accounts get 2,000 marketing email sends a month, and Marketing Hub Starter raises that to five times your marketing contact tier. Marketing Hub Professional starts at $800 a month with 3 seats and 2,000 marketing contacts, plus a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee.
CRM and pipelines
Both are built on a CRM with deal pipelines. GoHighLevel includes CRM and pipelines in every plan, with unlimited contacts and users. HubSpot's free CRM allows 2 users and 1,000 contacts with no time limit; Starter allows up to 15 pipelines and Professional up to 100.
WhatsApp for Indian customers
WhatsApp is where the two differ most in cost. GoHighLevel sells it as an add-on at $10 a month per sub-account, with Meta's message charges and a 5% processing fee on top.
HighLevel's WhatsApp guide lists India at $0.0124 per marketing message and $0.0015 per utility message. Since 1 October 2026, service messages are charged per message too. Its Indian phone numbers, in beta since 24 April 2026, work for calls and WhatsApp but not SMS.
HubSpot includes WhatsApp only in the Professional and Enterprise editions of Marketing Hub and Service Hub. All your connected numbers share a limit of 1,000 template messages a month. For a small team, the lowest-cost route is Service Hub Professional: $90 to $100 a seat a month, plus $1,500 one-time onboarding.
HubSpot's help centre also sets a few conditions. You must connect a WhatsApp Business account, not a personal one, and the number cannot already be connected to another WhatsApp account.
Setup and support
GoHighLevel lists 24/7 support from its Starter plan up, and sells premium support as an add-on at $500 a month. Its Enterprise plan adds a dedicated customer success manager.
HubSpot's Professional editions come with required one-time onboarding: $1,500 for Sales Hub or Service Hub, and $3,000 for Marketing Hub. Count it as a first-year cost on top of the monthly fee.
What a small team pays
These are monthly list prices on 1 November 2026, before GST and usage. Rupee figures use ₹95.2492 per dollar, the FBIL reference rate for 30 October 2026 published on the RBI website.
| Team | GoHighLevel | HubSpot |
|---|---|---|
| 3 users, CRM and email | Starter: $97 (₹9,239) | Starter, 3 seats: $60 (₹5,715) |
| 3 users who need WhatsApp | Starter with WhatsApp: $107 (₹10,192), plus messages | Service Hub Professional, 3 seats: $270 to $300 (₹25,717 to ₹28,575), plus $1,500 (₹1,42,874) onboarding once |
| 10 users, CRM and email | Starter: $97 (₹9,239) | Starter, 10 seats: $200 (₹19,050) |
GoHighLevel's fee does not change with the number of users, so it gets cheaper per person as a team grows. The HubSpot Starter figures use its regular price. New customers are currently offered $7 a seat a month paid yearly upfront, or $10 month to month.
For an agency with 15 clients, GoHighLevel Unlimited plus WhatsApp on every sub-account comes to $447 a month (₹42,576) before usage. HubSpot has no per-client plan to set against this, since it prices by seat and edition.
Billing and GST from India
Both list their prices in US dollars, but they handle Indian tax differently.
GoHighLevel's terms say its fees exclude GST. The official GST FAQ for IT services says a registered business buying online services from abroad pays the IGST itself, under reverse charge. Our GoHighLevel pricing guide works through the full rupee bill.
HubSpot India Private Limited issues GST e-invoices, with an IRN and QR code, to customers with a valid GSTIN on file. HubSpot's help centre also says Indian-issued cards need you to approve automated payments over ₹15,000.
Where Superlane fits
Some teams need neither suite. They want a CRM where WhatsApp chats and deals sit together, billed in rupees. That is what we are building with Superlane at Growth Escalators in Jaipur.
- Rupee billing with GST invoices.
- A WhatsApp shared inbox next to the pipeline. It is built, and connecting WhatsApp numbers for new workspaces is waiting on Meta's app review.
- Website leads land in the pipeline with their source, assigned in turn to your salespeople.
- A 14-day free trial that starts when your workspace is ready, with guided setup by our team.
Superlane has no funnel or landing page builder, calling or SMS, so if you need those, GoHighLevel or HubSpot is the better fit. It has no public prices yet and is opening through a waitlist, starting in Jaipur: join the waitlist.
