GoHighLevel pricing in India: what you actually pay in rupees
GoHighLevel prices everything in US dollars, and the plan fee is only part of the bill. Here is what each plan, add-on and usage charge comes to in rupees, with GST.
All prices below were checked on GoHighLevel's own pages on 1 November 2026. Rupee figures use ₹95.2492 per US dollar, the FBIL reference rate for 30 October 2026, published on the RBI website.
GoHighLevel plans at a glance
GoHighLevel has three plans with public prices, plus an Enterprise plan priced on request. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users, and comes with a 14-day free trial. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.
| Plan | Per month | Per year | Sub-accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 (₹9,239) | $970 (₹92,392) | 3 |
| Unlimited | $297 (₹28,289) | $2,970 (₹2,82,890) | Unlimited |
| Founder | $497 (₹47,339) | $4,970 (₹4,73,389) | Unlimited |
A year costs ten times the monthly fee, so paying yearly gives you two months free. On Unlimited, that is about ₹2.83 lakh paid in one go.
A sub-account is a separate workspace for one business, such as one of an agency's clients. The plans differ in how many you get and what you can resell:
- Starter is aimed at smaller businesses and solo marketers.
- Unlimited is aimed at growing agencies. It lets you rebill phone and email usage to clients without a markup.
- Founder adds SaaS mode, for selling the platform as your own software, and lets you rebill usage with a markup. The pricing page's FAQ calls it the Pro plan.
Add-ons and usage charges
The plan fee is the fixed part of the bill. GoHighLevel's pricing page says usage charges apply to phone numbers, text messages, emails sent and premium AI. Several features are paid add-ons on top.
| Item | Price | In rupees | How it is charged |
|---|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp integration | $10 a month | ₹952 | Per sub-account |
| WhatsApp marketing message, India rate | $0.0124 | ₹1.18 | Per message, plus 5% |
| WhatsApp utility message, India rate | $0.0015 | ₹0.14 | Per message, plus 5% |
| Email sending | $0.675 per 1,000 | ₹64 per 1,000 | All plans |
| Indian phone number (beta) | $4 a month | ₹381 | Per number |
| Calls on an Indian number | $0.0075 a minute | ₹0.71 | Per minute; outbound calls bill both call legs |
| AI Employee | $50 or $97 a month | ₹4,762 or ₹9,239 | Per sub-account |
| White-label mobile app | $497 a month | ₹47,339 | Included in Enterprise |
The lines that matter most for Indian businesses:
- WhatsApp. HighLevel adds 5% to Meta's message rates to cover payment processing. From 1 October 2026, service messages and utility messages sent inside an open 24-hour window are also charged per message.
- Email. Sending 1 lakh emails in a month costs $67.50, about ₹6,430.
- Indian phone numbers. These have been in beta since 24 April 2026. They need a certificate of incorporation (or equivalent) and a GST registration certificate, and work for calls and WhatsApp, not SMS.
- The wallet. Usage is paid from a wallet. When its balance falls below your minimum, HighLevel charges the agency's card on file to refill it.
WhatsApp and AI Employee are charged per sub-account, so an agency's bill grows with every client that switches them on.
Turning dollars into rupees
Your card statement will not match these figures exactly. Each dollar charge is converted at your card's own exchange rate, and your bank may add a foreign currency markup. Check your card's schedule of charges for that markup.
The rupee rate also moves every day, so the same dollar bill costs a slightly different amount each month. A yearly plan is one large charge at a single day's rate.
GST on GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel's terms say its fees exclude GST and that you are responsible for taxes. The company is HighLevel LLC of Dallas, Texas, so for you it is software bought from abroad.
The GST sectoral FAQ for IT and IT-enabled services, on the GST Council website, covers online services bought from a company abroad:
- If your business is GST-registered, you pay the IGST yourself, under reverse charge.
- If you are not registered, the overseas provider has to register in India and pay the tax.
- The FAQ gives the GST rate on IT services as 18%. It also says GST under reverse charge must be paid in cash, not from your input tax credit balance.
The FAQ carries no date. Ask your CA how it applies to your business, and whether you can claim the GST back as input tax credit.
A worked example in rupees
Here are two example setups, per month, for a GST-registered business. The message and email volumes are examples, so swap in your own.
| Line item | Business on Starter | Agency on Unlimited, 15 clients |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | $97 | $297 |
| WhatsApp add-on | $10 (1 sub-account) | $150 (15 sub-accounts) |
| Marketing messages to India, with 5% fee | $13.02 (1,000 messages) | $97.65 (7,500 messages) |
| Email sending | $3.38 (5,000 emails) | $33.75 (50,000 emails) |
| Total in dollars | $123.40 | $578.40 |
| In rupees at ₹95.2492 | ₹11,754 | ₹55,092 |
| IGST at 18%, under reverse charge | ₹2,116 | ₹9,917 |
| Monthly outgo | ₹13,870 | ₹65,009 |
These totals leave out your bank's markup, calls, AI and WhatsApp service messages. On Unlimited, the agency can rebill email usage to clients without a markup; on Founder it can add one.

What pushes the bill up
- More clients. Each sub-account with WhatsApp or AI Employee adds its own monthly fee.
- More conversations. Since 1 October 2026, WhatsApp service replies are charged per message, not just templates.
- A weaker rupee. Every dollar line costs more when the rupee falls.
- Add-ons you switch on later, such as the $497 a month white-label mobile app.
How Superlane is different
Superlane is a CRM with WhatsApp built in, made by Growth Escalators in Jaipur for Indian businesses and the agencies that serve them. It does less than GoHighLevel: there is no funnel or landing page builder, no calling and no SMS. What changes is how you pay, and where your WhatsApp chats sit.
- Billed in rupees, with GST invoices, so there are no dollar charges to convert and no reverse charge to work out.
- A WhatsApp shared inbox next to your deals. It is built, and connecting WhatsApp numbers for new workspaces is waiting on Meta's app review.
- Website leads land in the pipeline with their source, assigned in turn to your salespeople.
- GST invoices for your own customers, with CGST and SGST or IGST.
- A 14-day free trial that starts when your workspace is ready, with guided setup by the Superlane team.
Superlane has no public prices yet. It is opening through a waitlist, starting in Jaipur: join the waitlist to try it early.
